BECOME A TOUR HOST

HOW MANY LADIES DO I HAVE TO HOST?

We ask that we have at least 25 ladies in attendance. A final head count is required no less than 2 weeks prior to the tour date.

HOW DO THEY REGISTER? DO THEY HAVE TO PAY?

We use Eventbrite to manage all our registration and ticketing. Host have the option to use the event as a fundraiser and charge attendees and/or vendors. Should you chose to attach a fee we reserve the right to enforce a 10/20/70 split. 10% must go to a Church or Christ Centered Organization; 20% goes to the I Am BOSS Tour; and 70% goes to the host company, ministry, or organization. Pricing must be approved by Tour Staff.

HOW DO WE PROMOTE THE EXPERIANCE?

We provide you with all the flyers, social media marketing materials, ads, email templates, etc. All you have to do is send it out to your network and we will do the same.

So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless. Now someone may argue, “Some people have faith; others have good deeds.” But I say, “How can you show me your faith if you don’t have good deeds? I will show you my faith by my good deeds.”

DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR TRAVEL AND LODGING

If the location is outside of Metro Atlanta, we do require the Host cover travel expenses at a fair and reasonable amount based on distance. If the location is further than a four-hour drive we do require the Host cover lodging expenses at a fair and reasonable amount based on available accommodations.

WHAT TYPE OF FACILITY IS NEEDED?

The Host must provide a safe well-equipped facility able to accommodate the expected number of participants and the set number of In-Depth Sessions. The facility must also have the ability to provide food service as the Host is required to provide food and drink for the participants. The menu must be approved by Tour Staff.
